Returns Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Our return policy is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return/Exchange Window:
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@c-studio.mu with the following information:

• Order number
• Item you would like to return/exchange
• Reason for the return/exchange
• New item request (if exchanging)

No Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used on future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
