Our Screen Blocks are made from Clay, and each ventilated block manufacture starts with carefully sourced raw clay from local quarries. Processed on-site with only coal and water added, the formula ensures that each product is composed of over 90% fired clay. This high concentration preserves the material’s natural color, structural integrity, and longevity, making our clay-based items an ideal fit for both modern and classic architectural designs.
